REF LS-01 · STANDING OFFERTell me who you sell to. I build 25 hand-researched prospects and write three messages for them, then send you the lot. No call required, and nothing is owed if you walk away with it.
Three years driving OTR in the United States. Now I find the carriers, brokers and shippers who already have the problem you solve — and I write to them by hand, one at a time.

Not "shippers." The role, the fleet size, the operational trigger that makes what you sell urgent this quarter instead of next year.
Lists built by hand from FMCSA and SAFER, hiring boards, tech footprints, lane postings and registries. Never bought, never recycled from another client.
One message per prospect, naming the specific signal that put them on the list. If a message could be sent to anyone else in the industry, it does not go out.
Real sender identity, working opt-out, physical address, CAN-SPAM and GDPR aligned. Your domain reputation is an asset I am not willing to spend.
Sent, replied, booked. If a campaign is not working you hear it from me before you have to ask, along with what I am changing.
Most agencies describe their process. This is the method itself, written out: the signal that would put a prospect on your list, and the message I would send them. Open any row.
Every row below is written to demonstrate the method. The companies, the signals and the messages are invented. These are not clients, not past campaigns, and not real sends — there aren't any yet, and I would rather show you the work than borrow someone else's.
You've posted six driver openings since June and you're running forty-odd reefer units out of Springfield. That's usually the point where dispatch stops fitting in a spreadsheet — three people updating the same sheet, and nobody trusting the load status by Thursday afternoon. [Client] is a TMS built for reefer fleets your size. The carriers who switch mostly talk about not rekeying loads into billing twice. Worth fifteen minutes to find out whether that's actually your bottleneck, or whether it's driver retention? Happy to be told it's the second one. — Boris
Invented prospect, invented client. Written to show how a row reads, not to report a campaign that happened.
Congratulations on the second DC — I noticed the logistics coordinator posting went up about two weeks after it opened. Most plants at that stage are still moving the new lanes with the same two carriers they used when there was one building, and paying spot on whatever spills over. [Client] runs contract capacity for food manufacturers across the Midwest. They'd take the overflow lanes only — not the whole book, and not the lanes that already work. Is the overflow actually costing you yet, or has it been quieter than expected? — Boris

You've been posting the same southbound lane on the board most weeks this quarter. In my experience that usually means the contract carrier isn't covering it. [Client] runs that lane in both directions with thirty of their own trucks. The backhaul is the reason their number works and a one-way carrier's doesn't. If it's already handled, say so and I'll leave it alone. If it isn't, I can send you the lane rate before we ever get on a call. — Boris

Hand-researched outbound does not scale the way automated outbound pretends to. Three concurrent campaigns is the honest ceiling, and the board says what is actually open.

All three are open because I have just narrowed this practice to freight, and I would rather say that than dress the board up. There are no case studies here yet. When there are, they will appear on this page with names and numbers on them. Until then the sample campaign is the proof — you get the list and the messages, and you judge the work instead of the claims.
For three years I drove a truck across the United States. Long haul, real miles, real freight.
That job put me inside the operations of small trucking companies — the dispatchers working from spreadsheets, the paperwork that vanished between the driver and billing, the settlements that took weeks longer than they should have.
I also saw the sales emails those owners got. Hundreds of them, nearly all deleted in under a second, because they were written by someone who had clearly never spent a day inside the business they were pitching. That contrast is the whole reason Leadstrim exists.
The sample campaign costs nothing and you owe nothing after it. Paid work is quoted per campaign once I know the buyer and the list size — there is no package table on this page because I would be inventing the numbers before knowing the work.
Who you sell to, what you sell, and one customer you already like working with. That last one does more for the targeting than anything else you could give me.
A separate sending domain, set up for the campaign — never your primary domain. Deliverability problems on a lookalike domain cost a campaign; on your main domain they cost your invoicing.
US outreach runs under CAN-SPAM: real identity, real physical address, working opt-out honored immediately. EU outreach runs on legitimate interest under GDPR, business contacts only, with the same opt-out. If a prospect asks to be removed they are removed everywhere, permanently.
Twenty-five to a couple of hundred prospects per campaign. If you are looking for tens of thousands of sends, I am the wrong supplier and will say so on the first call.
First replies usually inside two weeks of the first send. Meetings follow replies. Anyone promising you a booked calendar in week one is describing a volume operation, not this one.
Tell me who you sell to. I'll build twenty-five hand-researched prospects and write three messages for them, and send you the whole thing to judge. No charge, no call required, nothing owed.
